Dr. K. Mahesh Prasad

Dr. K Mahesh Prasad, M.B.B.S., M.D. (Gen. Medicine) went on to pursue D.N.B. in Nephrology at the Apollo Hospital ( now-Apollo Health City) in Hyderabad. He has also received training in CRRT, Intensive care Nephrology and CAPD. Apart from presenting a number of publications on different topics he has also brought out original work related to Psychiatric aspects of Diabetes Mellitus, GFR of Normal Healthy Indians, ARF in Neuro ICU and Rhabdomyolysis in Leptospirosis. He is awarded by the Indian Society Of Nephrology by Tanker award in 2007 for his work on GFR of Normal healthy Indian population.
